Yesterday's food
Yesterday, after I left, I ate a hot dog. On the plane I had prosciutto. I didn't really eat anything else that day because when I arrived it was about midnight.

Sony DCR-DVD405 3MP DVD Handycam Camcorder
Today my spiffy digital camera arrived: a Sony DCR-DVD405 3MP DVD Handycam Camcorder. I can flip the lens over and point it at me and my friends together.

Weird
Strange stuff. Man cuts through car door, and into his neighbors stomach, with a chainsaw for driving too close to the property line.

As I Lay Dying
Currently spinning: As I Lay Dying's new disc 'An Ocean Between Us'.
I feel silly that I didn't know about this before. This album convinces me, though. I did appreciate As I Lay Dying but it just wasn't my cup of tea.

I found this intriguing story on Guardian.com. Don't let your child swallow two magnets at the same time. One is okay.

Planet Earth
Now spinning in my CD player is Prince's new CD 'Planet Earth'.
Somehow Prince never touched me. It's strange that I didn't dig the music earlier.
This album really grows on you. I feel almost stupid for any negative first impressions I had. I did not love it the first time.

UGK
Now playing: 'Underground Kingz', UGK's new album. If you like rap you should enjoy this CD.
I probably seem like the kind of person who might be a very big fan of UGK but I'm not.
I did not love it the first time. I find myself playing it all the time.
Oh yeah, the disc is copy-protected, which just goes to show that the record industry's cynicism about its own audience knows no boundaries.

So, how do you feel about this?

Moby & Oscar The Punk
I just downloaded 'BioShock EP', Moby & Oscar The Punk's new CD from iTunes. If you are into techno this album is something for you.

It stands up to to many repeated listenings.

Now spinning: 'Live At Radio City', the new Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds album
Now spinning in my CD player is Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds's new CD 'Live At Radio City'.
I feel silly that I didn't know about this before. I was unfamiliar with Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds.
It stands up to to many repeated listenings. There are some addictive tracks on the disc.
Why does the record company pick the dumbest songs as singles?

Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals
'Lifeline' has been in and out of my playlist for a week or so now. Lifeline is a nice pop album.

The more I listen to Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, the better it gets.
